LEVANTAMENTO DE INFORMAÇÕES DA RELAÇÃO ENTRE A PRESTAÇÃO DE SERVIÇOS DE ASSISTÊNCA TÉCNICA COM O RESULTADO DA INCIDÊNCIA DA MASTITE NA PRODUÇÃO LEITEIRA DE PROPRIEDADES DA REGIÃO DA ZONA DA MATA MINEIRA

Abstract

Numerous factors make milk production a hindrance, from issues linked to ownership to the level of knowledge and sanitary control of the herd, especially animal management. The aim of this study was to identify the factors that interfere and lead to the development of mastitis in dairy production in the Zona da Mata Mineira, Caparaó region. The study activities were carried out using a questionnaire model, in order to verify the methods developed in specific dairy farming in the context of milk hygiene and control in the aforementioned region. The conclusion is that technical assistance interferes in the routine of dairy farming, in the quality process and that new studies and projects should be instituted to develop the sector.
